I februari blev jag klar med mitt examensarbete och i april skrev jag min sista tenta på utbildningen. Så numera kan jag alltså kalla mig själv för civilingenjör. Att få ett jobb innan sommaren var dock lättare sagt än gjort. Semester och avslut på projekt är inte den bästa situationen för en nyutexaminerad. Dock har jag kommit långt i en ansökningsprocess och väntar i princip bara på att det ska komma en öppning i och med höstens projektstart. Men tills dess jobbar jag extra på ett katthem och njuter av mitt sista sommarlov.
Men så till saken, i och med att jag inte precis har fullt upp nu under sommaren så bestämde jag mig för att få liv i den här bloggen igen. Jag kommer försöka skriva en del om ny teknik, lite jobbsökande och annat som intresserar mig. Jag hoppas att några av er är intresserade av att läsa det jag delar med mig av. Om inte annat kanske ni, precis som jag hoppas göra, lär er något nytt.

In February this year, I finished my Master Thesis, and in April I wrote my final exam. This means that I now have a Master's Degree in Engineering. To get a job before the summer was not as easy as I thought. Vacation and the end of most projects is not the best situation for a engineer who has recently passed the examination. But I have come quite a long way in an application for a job, and the only thing we are waiting for is for the autumns projects to start. Until then I am working extra at a cat shelter and enjoying my final summer leave.
But the get to the reason - since my situation does not leave me packed with things that needs to be done, I have decided to write on this blog again. My plan is to write about news in the technical world, a bit about my job search, and other things that interests me. I hope some of you are interested of reading what I have to share. At least you might, just as I hope to do, learn something new from it.
